Feed a mouse a dissolvable capsule of acid. Force mouse up torturee's recal cavity. The mouse climbs deeper and deeper as the capsule is dissolving in his tummy. Finally, it bursts and the acid eats through the mouse and the dude's insides. Excruciating pain. ( No urethra involved)
