Bought Hoth Luke from TRU. I think that means I'm just looking for the Imperial Navy Commander, Wedge, and Nikto (assuming they are available to be found).

There is a secret stash of Wedges near my place. If you are at all worried about finding him for close-to-retail price, just let me know and I'll grab one. They are $10 CDN plus tax & shipping, but certainly cheaper than ebaying one when they were going for way more than that.

Thanks for the offer. But, I'm not that worried about finding it.

Just started going through my collection. It has been a long time since I really looked at it.

I'm somewhat disgusted with myself for buying over 10 each of C-3PO and R2-D2. I didn't even bother counting Vaders. POTF2 came out 17 years ago, so that is probably why.

Of all of the characters, Hasbro is really can't get a grip on Luke's likeness. Some are good, many are terrible. They have his hair color ranging from light blonde to brown. Some of the ROTJ Lukes are bad, but the Yavin Ceremony Luke that came with the coin has to be one of my least favorite of the bunch. It could just be the paint. The skin is so pale and the hair is a darker brown.

Ephont Mon is still a bad ass figure.

I guess I've been pretty lucky. After all these years of collecting, there only have been a few figures that I wanted and don't have.

The INC is one of the rarer ones, though I found two. Hopefully these will all start showing up a bit more.

I feel like they've gotten miles better on Luke in the past two or three years, particularly on his ESB and ROTJ figures. Han can be pretty wonky too, and Anakin is more miss than hit. Maybe it's a Skywalker thing. I thought the colors on the 2007 Yavin Luke were pretty shitty, with the really light skin and really dark hair, but I think the sculpt is pretty good. Either way, they're redoing him in 2013.

Are you talking about released ones you never bought, or characters you wanted that haven't been made?

On the first point, I only have like 25 older items that I missed out on the first time around, so I'm getting closer and closer to caught up.

On the second point, every time I watch the films there are fewer and fewer characters or vehicles that need to be made. Watching TPM last night, the big ones are the Bongo, and Kitster and Wald, plus some resculpts that I wouldn't mind; amidst all the repack bullshit this year, they did manage to cross off quite a few TPM items. There are more from AOTC, having just seen it again tonight, but it's mostly Padmés and other fancy-dressed women folk that wouldn't really make the most exciting figures. Except Cliegg. I need my Cliegg, dammit. A Solar Sailer would be pretty killer, too.

I was talking about figures that have been made that I don't own. The only ones that come to mind are BG-J38, the Blue Snaggletooth, and the trash compactor sets from Walmart. BG-J38 was an argument against the build-a-droid concept. Blue Snaggletooth was part of a K-Mart exclusive and he was the only new figure in the set. I would have bought the trash compactor sets if I saw them in the store, but now I'd probably skip them if they were re-released.

Now, if we're talking figures that haven't been made yet, I would have to pull a book out to figure out which aliens from the Cantina and Jabba's palace are missing. I can't imagine there being more than a few from each scene that are worthy of being made. Maybe Torryn Farr and another Bespin guard from ESB. At this point, there are probably more characters that need to be re-sculpted from the earlier lines than need their first figure. Hasbro could sucker me out of some more cash if they made a couple repaints like a blue Power Droid or a gray Death Squad Commander (simple nods to the vintage figures). I'd like to see a good ESB Yoda and ROTJ Palpatine.

The only vehicle I'd consider buying is probably the Sandcrawler. I didn't get the OTC version. It seemed too expensive for what it was.

It was expensive for what it was, very expensive. I wound up selling it & keeping the figures. Although I have kind of turned around a bit on my desire for bigger versions of vehicles (am even considering dumping my BATAT & BMF to get them out of my basement), I would be VERY tempted by a larger Sandcrawler.

When I was a kid, I remember having a Star Wars book that had puzzles and activities in it. One of the activities was how to build a sandcrawler out of a cardboard milk carton, a couple straws, and a couple spools from thread. I remember making it at my grandmother's house. I even put brown construction paper on it and cut a door in the side.

The book may have took a racist joke and turned it into something Star Wars. There was a circle broken up into 8 wedges. Each wedge had 2 circles in it. The question was, what is it? The answer: 8 Jawas looking down a well.

Holy sheet that's funny! (not the joke, the fact that it was likely a cleaned up racist joke - does that make me racist????)

Anyhow - putting this out there. Pegger and I are formally requesting help from you guys for the KMART packs - Ewoks & ATST Drivers or whatever, as well as the Speeder Bike and the Ewoks multi-pack from TRU.

IF the TRU shit shows up here I will cancel this request here. Any helpin', as always, would be hot.

I can probably help you out with the exclusives, but I'm only filling out the English part of the customs form. :D

Bahaha - English WILL be fine. :)

I might even consider a meet-up somewhere in the area of Mabudon if you ever considered coming over the border.

My next planned trip to the Buffalo area is next summer when my cousin gets married. Details are sketchy right now as I don't even know when the wedding is. I'd like to take the kids to see Niagara Falls from the Canadian side. Mailing them to you may be the better option since I wouldn't have to carry them on the cross country plane trip.

Just to show how over the toys that I am I've started giving my toys to the niece and nephew. They don't have much space in Cappy's house so naturally, being the good uncle that I am, I gave Hayden the 12" Luke on Speeder Bike and Hannah the 12" Leia on Speeder Bike. Hayden is also the only kid in school rocking a backpack order than him. I had about 4 or 5 TPM backpacks and he's taken on each year for school. The kid is 6 and the backpack is 13.

Awesome Slick :)

R2, I forgot you were in Vegas - World of Warcraft Brain again ><

Mailing will be fine. Both Pegger and I would also like the Yavin Pilot sets ("Now with EVEN FATTER PORKINS!") to go with the aforementioned loots, in case the shit is easy to find.

I'll be talking to Hasbro at CVI, doing an interview for the other site and perhaps just shootin' the shit as well. I'm assuming you don't, but do you fucks have anything you want me to ask or bring up to them?

Just go dressed as a green bunny, and have your entire ten minutes consist of you shouting "JAXXON, MOTHERFUCKERS!!!" at them, over and over. Be sure to get video if you do, because we'll all want to see that shit. Extra points if it's an incredibly bad costume, like, say, a Bugs Bunny mask poorly colored with two different green magic markers.
