tell me about it... we're not fully gluten-free, but we've cut out all processed grains. you really can't eat anywhere but home when you do that.
One real benefit is that you can save a bunch of money by not dining out.

Once I realized how simple 99% of restaurant dishes are to make (and to make healthier, and often tastier), we cut out eating out entirely, aside from "Crap, we're 30 minutes from home and have to eat something" situations.
