They're strong, but not nearly as bad as the one jj was referring to. My cousin-in-law has one. It hurts, but it's more of a tingly, uncomfortable hurt. I think the only way you could put someone down with it is if you get them where there neck meets their chest in the front. That hurts like a bitch.
