What's the next gay cartoon you'll be recommending?

I'm looking forward to "Genitalz" which will be talking penises and nutsacks and anuses and vaginas - hermy will be a combo of all the above and will be the loveable misfit, Dick will be the jock-type penis and I dunno about the rest- we should check it out Clea :beard:

I can only take SO much allegory

We can just ignore Sleazer's comments on Wall*E - he thinks Clone Wars looks good.

If any of you fuckers haven't seen The Iron Giant and have HBO, it's on OnDemand starting this week (so, likely through the middle of August).

Mabs, I especially think you'd dig it. It's a very smart movie.

Pixar Films!

First of all, criminal not to have a Pixar discussion topic here.

Second, I went and saw the third Toy Story film today. Obviously, it was awesome, but at one point it gets VERY intense and dark. And if I'm a middle age man thinking its dark, I can only imagine what little kids are thinking.

And I teared up at the end. I'm man enough to admit it.

So discuss all the Pixar movies here.

Last night the Disney channel had some show with Pixar shorts. I didn't see the whole thing, but there were clips from Wall-E, Cars, and Toy Story. It looked like the shorts were about minor characters from the films. Since I haven't seen any of those movies in their entirety, I can't be sure. For all I know, they were dvd extras. The one I found interesting was a robot that was changing out a light on a ship from Wall-E. Things kept happening so he had to replace the light several times. Looked kind of cool.

That sounds like the Burn-E added stuff from Wall-E DVD. yeah. that was good stuff.

I definitely teared up during Toy Story 3. Not really teared up but I got the knot in my throat and, if it had gone a bit further, I probably would've cried. I can't wait to see this again. I've got a feeling that we've got another $500 million movie on our hands.

Pixar can do no wrong.

Their worst film is A Bug's Life, which would be the best from any other animation studio.

Pixar can do no wrong.

I like A Bugs Life better than Cars. But I get what you're saying. Even their Worst films are like A- instead of A+.

Sounds like they were showing Pixar Short Films Collection, which is out on DVD, but with more stuff if they included Burn-E.
The DVD was released in 2007 and has all their short films up to Jack-Jack Attack (from The Incredibles).

Can't wait to see Toy Story 3. Probably on Thursday evening or Friday afternoon.
