Hall & Oats is probably one of those 80s bands JJL has heard and just not known (or cared) to find out who sings them. What about "Private Eyes" and "Maneater"?

yeah, yeah, yeah... sue me, i like the good stuff and tolerate the not-so-much.

also, i watched all three of the spidey movies over the past week, because it was the first time they've been unpacked from the box they were put in when we moved into the new house in december. now that we've finished 'phase 1' (kitchen and upstairs bathroom) of the remodeling, i broke open that box.

Dunno either of those, but I do know "Rich Girl", I guess. But yeah, I bet I've heard them without knowing who it was . . . they're not really my thing so I wouldn't have investigated on my own.
