I guess they can write whatever they want, but he sure as shit ain't getting a positive feedback from me. Here's the auction. I probably wouldn't even care so much if the guy didn't make such a huge deal about his 'shipping terms' and then not followed through on them. I bought it on the 2nd and paid 5 minutes later.

I'm going to wait until tomorrow when I can confirm the package is on its way and then send him a "Where is my package?" query stating 'Expidited' down there in Tejas must mean something different than it does up here in the REAL United States. Then I'll extort some refundage out of the guy. Imply that a positive review is contingent on knocking some $ off the price.

I bought this item from you two weeks and paid 'Expidited Shipping' prices and have still not received the item two weeks later. Since the shipping was clearly not Expiditious, I was wondering what we can do about this? Thanks in advance for your prompt attention to this matter!

Hi, sorry for getting the item shipped out so late, that was my fault and was dealing with family issues that had to come first, I'm a single parent and have to handle these by myself.

I will refund the shipping amount though. But to clarify eBay made the definition of 'Expidited Shipping' and uses these words, not me.

I did ship this priority and based on USPS definition it could take 2-3 days to get to there. I should think by the end of this week it will get there. Again, I will refund your shipping amount of $20.00; thanks!

Somehow, I got put on the mailing list for Fingerhut, and their catalog arrived in the mail today. I nearly pissed myself laughing at their obnoxious prices. I only had a few prices to go by, such as Video games and certain Lego sets. But their XBox games are $85!!! And even though that's $25 over what any normal retailer sells them, they weren't even new games! It was shit like Madden 12 which has already dropped in price to $39.99. In fact, I'm pretty sure Madden12 is a Black Friday door buster somewhere for like $25. So these douches are expecting more than triple what others are asking for it!!

How the fuck has this company stayed viable for 60+ years?!?
Anyhoo, I gotta call them and ask to be removed from future mailings.

Actually, there is an $80 version of Madden 12, but I doubt Finger Hut is selling it.
