Not funny, but kind of cool. A bunch of 7-12 year old kids doing a medley of Led Zeppelin songs on percussion instruments.

I'm not sure how to embed a video from the Academy, and will probably be sued for linking to it. Once again, the Oscars proved themselves to be a self-congratulatory circle jerk that embodies the "Hollywood liberal elite" that makes even normal liberals groan.
I didn't know Mark Mothersbaugh was "part of the team" until I watched that video.

He did the score. Seeing him perform it in full Devo regalia, even if just a couple of sevonds, was the best part.

Well, it was inevitable. One of us was going to post it.
And if you haven't already clicked on it today, you damn well better. Because, if you listen closely, you can hear the sounds of JJ Abrams wailing and saying, "God, no, I can't put out Episode VII the same year as this awesomeness!!"

Wow. At the end during the credits, I didn't expect an English name for the drawn/animated by category.

Racist.
It is indeed really impressive and badass, but it repeatedly does the one thing that annoys me in anime: the super zoom into/away from the eye. No idea why I hate that (maybe because it is so overused?), but I do.

Since they used the logo from the old Star Wars Tie Fighter PC game in the very beginning, I expected it to be more computer based style. Didn't expect the anime style, especially because the link image was a first person view from inside the TIE Fighter cockpit. The zoom in thing did get annoying. Still, it was impressive for a fan video.

I think the zooms were intentional, it being an homage to classic anime as much as Star Wars fan film.
