Spicy Roast Beast

We had a nice roast of beef tonight, rubbed before cooking with this dry mixture of spices. I love the gravy it makes, but I'm telling you here and now there'll be an entry in the BM thread under my name in approximately 9 hours, 23 minutes and 14 seconds.

I had the big espicy shit at approximately 0645hrs the next morning - I'm sure I hit the time wthin an hour of what I predicted. Those date stamps are fucked up.
