Chuck

most tv sucks these days, but there are some shining examples of good writing, acting, camera work, etc... we call those Deadwood and Arrested Development. Family Guy sucks ass, though...

Chuck

Anyone here watch Chuck?
Its become one of my favorite shows on tv and I don't think anyone here participates in the Chuck thread elsewhere, so I thought I'd throw it out and check.

I watch Chuck. I really enjoy it too. The crazy antics with Lester and Jeff at the Buy More great, and are typically my favorite parts of each episode.

The Chuck/Sarah relationship is getting rather redundant, but not as bad as Ross/Rachael... yet.
"Once there were brook trout in the streams in the mountains. You could see them standing in the amber current where the white edges of their fins wimpled softly in the flow. They smelled of moss in your hand. Polished and muscular and torsional. On their backs were vermiculate patterns that were maps of the world in its becoming. Maps and mazes. Of a thing which could not be put back. Not be made right again. In the deep glens where they lived all things were older than man and they hummed of mystery."

Good to see someone else has some taste. :D

Agreed on the Chuck/Sarah relationship. Its only season 2 and it seems a bit stale already.
My only other complaint is that there should be some episodes that aren't FULCRUM-related. The Christmas episode (with the guy that took Buy More hostage) was the perfect chance for it, but they didn't.

Looks like they're going to get some big names here in the next few weeks. Chevy Chase, Scott Bakula and the chick from Battlestar Galactica.

Digging up a barely used oldie. Anyone?

The final episode of Chuck was on tonight, and it saddens me, as Chuck is/was my favorite show.

The end was about as good as I expected it could be. Not a perfect, happily ever after ending, but it'll do, as it leaves things open for more in one form or another. I'm not expecting a movie (I wouldn't complain if they ever was one) but a comic series would be sweet.

Farewell Chuck. Goodbye Nerd Herd. So long Jeffster. See ya later Buy More.

I've watched the first two seasons on DVD, and the rare episode since then. I saw the one at the nudist colony a couple months back. I will probably pick up the DVD sets eventually. It was a fun show with a clever premise.

And Yvonne is ssssooooo ssssmokin' hot. I'll be in my bunk.
