I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but...

...you ever notice how, every so often, when people start questioning the government and the way it runs security shit, there's a totally incompetent terrorist who does some stupid shit like try to blow up a nonfunctional bomb in his pocket or light his shoes on fire?
Are these guys for real? Am I supposed to believe that the "good guys" are catching all the competent terrorists, but the morons keep slipping through? Or am I supposed to be scared shitless that the competent ones are sitting back, biding their time, and the morons are still good enough to slip through?
Honestly, even I wonder sometimes if the moron terrorists are fakes, planted to keep us in line. "Hold on a minute--I'm going to blow this plane up, including my 'retarded Snoop Dogg' looking self. Give me a moment to get this fuse in my shoe lit!"

Never underestimate the incompetence of government employees.
We're still taking our shoes off at the airport because of that one jack ass. Since this last guy smuggled explosives in his pants, do we now have to remove them too? This could get ugly.

so finally my
ass bomb plans come to fruition...
of course, i'm not surprised that these things can happen, since the department of homeland security can't even
not hire wanted insurance fraud fugitives.

Or a whole lot sexier.
But probably uglier.

I had a friend that was stationed in Greece. He said most, if not all, of the beaches were topless. My comment was "wow, that must be cool". He said it sounded better than it really was. For every one "10" there were ten "1"s. I imagine the reality being like that. Although, I've been flying quite a bit over the last few months and in addition to the normal hotties coming to party, I have seen several women's college sports teams going through the airport in Vegas.
I find it offensive that they have to pat down senior citizens in wheelchairs at airports. Lewis Black has a pretty good rant about this.

Thing is, if they don't, Al Qaeda wil hire some old lady in a wheelchair who looks white enough to avoid scrutiny. Or so they say.
Real thing is, they're always good at preventing whatever the terrorists did last time, but clueless about their current and future plans.
