This guy is fucking awesome, if you ever wanted to learn how to cook any kind of indian food, this guy could show you the way. I love his presentation and he makes really funny faces all the time, and overall his recipes (most of which are pretty close to authentic Indian food, but he covers a bunch of other stuff too) are easy to follow. I already use most of the spices featured and even have my own versions of some of his recipes, but even so I have picked up some good ideas from him.
