Looking for a stupid old commercial

I saw this commercial in the Inland Empire, sometime around 1997-2001. I've been looking for it ever since online, and never found it. Unfortunately, I can't remember what it was a commercial for, or whether it was local or national. (I'm guessing local, since no one else seems to have heard of it.) I only saw it once.
A guy and a girl are in a parked car in front of what looks like an apartment building. I can't remember if she gets in, or if they pull up and park. She's got a rather large rack and a low-cut top. He turns on his booming stereo, and her boobs start shaking in time with the music. Which is funny enough, but then it cuts to the guy, and he's staring down at her chest with this ridiculously happy look, and his eyes are bouncing.
I figure it's probably a commercial for stereo equipment, for obvious reasons. Unfortunately, that's about all I have to go on. Any of you have any idea what I'm talking about? I'd ask elsewhere, but can't, for obvious reasons.
