2. Going to wait at least a year for the price to drop and the games to get better. Every system has a history of beautiful looking, yet shitty games at launch.
I didn't get a PS3 for almost 4 years (in 2010), but I think a game with "Arkham" in the title will probably get me to drop cash on a PS4 far sooner than that.

Me being a dinosaur, I'm actually trying subtly to convince the wife to let me get an XBox 360. They may not be the latest versions, but I have a PS2 and Wii, and mainly want something for the Arkham series and Assassin's Creed.

I'm 2 as well, for whatever it's worth. I'm selling SW stuff off & on, and when I have enough in my paypal account (and can find one in stock) I'll buy a PS4. There are no games out yet that I "need" per se, but Metal Gear Solid is coming.

We got an XBoxOne today (yay tax returns!). I don't know if any of you crackers are on Xboxlive but if you are my tag is RolloTomassi7.
It's not a Gold account(yet) so I can't play online with anybody.
I got a 1TB console. It came with RainbowSix:Siege and the dl codes for RainbowSix Vegas I and II. I also got Arkham Knight.
I'm planning on getting the new Tomb Raider, Assassins Creed, and Fallout 4 after I've spent a month on Batman and the prices drop a bit. My Girlfrind wants the new Guitar Hero also. I suck at GH but wev.
My boy lives with his mom and he got one for Xmas, so he's got the Halo 1-4 Master Chief collections, and a Forza racing game. I might borrow those from him when he's done and let him borrow mine.

There Black Friday sales next week on the current systems... PS4 is $200, XBOX is $180, and then there is the Switch for $300.
I'm considering the Switch or PS4. We have the PS3, and my kids pretty much only use it for Minecraft. I'm trying to decide if it worth buying a new system.

They will do what Thomas did - he went from playing Minecraft on PS3 to.... playing Minecraft on PS4. He also plays destiny & overwatch so we got our money's worth, looking back.
