Beauty and the Geek

Has anybody watched this show? I'm not a huge reality fan, especially when the words "Ashton Kutcher" appear in the commercials, but this show is frigging awesome. It totally kicks all balls.

Geeky guys are teamed up with staggeringly dumb "beauties" (I use the term loosely, as one looked almost exactly like Paul Stanley). The guys have to do challenges like getting girls' phone numbers, giving massages, etc; and the girls get challenges in rocket science and auto repair and such.

It's goldanged funny.

Watch it or I'll kick your balls.

I had the same experience with it- I thought the commercials blew, don't ilke that dumb-ass kutcher all that much and generall hate "reality tv" (last thing I even tried to watch was that "joe schmo" which had it's moments)
but I agree, that Beauty and the geek show is pretty fucking funny- I like the contrats between the girls and how nutty excited they get and (most of) the guys and their kinda "it's just a stupid reality show" take on it

I've started watching season 2 well kinda. I only get to watch the first 15 minutes or so but they recap the last episode so that's good enough for me. I love how stereotypical these geeks are. It's some good stuff.

Remember that guy from season 2 who was in the Star Wars band? God damn, that song sucked. "I'm a stormtrooper, not a robot" eight thousand times over. But bless him for trying.

I think that was Season 3. I consider that man to be the epitome of this show jumping the shark. He seemed fake. That year, many of them seemed fake.

The switcheroo they tried to pull last year with a male beauty and a female geek was long overdue, but it should've been the whole lineup.

Anyway, it's not coming back next year. As much as I liked the first season or two, it's for the best.

I watched the first few seasons, but I couldn't stand this most recent one. One of the guys reminded me of a kid I absolutely hate, and many of the other people were annoying, so I gave up after a few episodes.

That Leticia, though -- you can see her bits in a picture I posted somewhere in the Lumberyard. Pretty fake-looking but still nice.
