Yep. Port Huron was easiest and most direct - we have relatives just over in Sarnia which was a convenient staging area on our trip out there. I think going to Detroit either coming or going would have added at least 2 hrs.

The Deuce and FX-7 (who was pretty fucking breathtaking I must say - that thing is HUGE) were behind a plexiglass case as shown in Rocketboy's pic (as a matter of fact, I also saw Lobot's headpiece as shown so I'm guessing it was that identical display).

I'm sorry we didn't meet up, Cappy, but on the way out there I was on a mission - on the way back i was fucking pie-eyed from driving. There'll come a time, oyes there'll come a time.

Oh, and thanks for the comment Dex. I only worry about having my pics up in case some tool recognizes me as 5-0 before I want them to, if that makes any sense. (I can't imagine how that might happen but one can't be too careful around certain scrote bags). :(

I saw Deuce in Boston, but if it was the Science Exhibit, then it was the same thing.

Yeah, it was. I think it's a traveling road show type deal that they can pack up and drag from museum to museum. I wasn't that excited about it, to be honest, but looking back I'm VERY glad we went. I told my wife later that seeing the Yoda puppet was a little sad - he just looked so lifeless and, well..... old (as in the puppet was old and breaking down or something, not that Yoda himself is old if that makes sense) and that the whole exhibit was just more proof that Star Wars wasn't real which kinda sucks. She looked at me like I was retarded - but this has happened before.
