I saw "Zack and Miri Make A Porno" today. It was pretty good. Not as funny as the "Clerks" movies, but definitely one of Kevin Smith's funnier movies. There were some funny performances from Craig Robinson, Jason Mewes, and the guy who played Randall in "Clerks 1 & 2" whose name escapes me. Brandon Routh and Justin Long's cameos were hilarious. As for the leads, Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks did a great job. I'm just hoping Seth Rogen doesn't become overexposed so much to the point where he stops being funny, like what happened to people like Jim Carrey. The only disappointment is that for a movie about porn, there aren't nearly enough boobies. Furthermore, Elizabeth Banks doesn't even get naked. What a tease.

Anyway, as mentioned in the title, one of our forumites was indirectly mentioned in the movie. They start out filming a porno spoof of Star Wars called "Star Whores". They have a discussion about the fact that they could have a bunch of sequels to it based on the other Star Wars movies, like "Return of the Brown-Eye", "Revenge of the Shit" and "The Phantom Man-Ass". I'd assume The Phantom Man-Ass is calling Kevin Smith to ask for a royalty check or something.
