Okay, bear with me. I used to date a girl. We've since broken up but remain good friends. She had a dream to become a musician, but her parents always discouraged her. I, on the other hand, supported her and bought her a guitar and music software over the years to get her active in following her dreams. Eventually she started recording her own music and posted it on myspace. So this producer guy from England found her music and helped her produce some high quality 'mixes' of some of her songs. And he also produces for this singer called 'Kid Moxie' (who is one of the two chicks in the picture above) and she heard my friend's song and liked it so much she did a cover of it and is trying to get it on her next album. Which just blows my mind.
