That is completely unrealistic. The FBI does not have "Secret Agents", they have special agents. They are assigned in teams, usually with a special agent in charge (or SAC). They would not be sent into a burning building until the local fire dept had taken care of the building and declared it safe, then the FBI would probably send in a forensic team. The FBI does not issue flintlock pistols. I don't think they ever did becuase flintlock pistols are outdated firearms. They don't have the required stopping power. And mutant drug dealers is completely obnoxious. Mutants are usually only people with like an extra finger or something simple. They wouldn't automatically turn to drug dealing as a vocation and they certainly wouldn't stay in a burning building, especially if the FBI was waiting outside for them. This whole idea is stupid and unrealistic. Especially that last part. FBI agents do NOT do that to people, unless it is their wives.
